We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted leather bag; therefore, we offer a 28-day return period for all non-personalized items in their original condition. Please note that bespoke or embossed products are unique to you and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original dust bag and protective packaging to ensure it remains in pristine condition during transit.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier and allow up to 10 business days for our workshop to inspect the item and process your refund.
